When a customer wishes to outsource the whole or parts of its flight operation Amapola, with its professional aviation team, can take total turnkey contracting responsibility to make such a decision possible.

In cooperation with the customer we design a flight program with time tables, capacity and performance requirements of the aircraft and specify needs for dispatch reliability and flexibility for changes in the system.

Based on the customers decision Amapola will take full responsibility for bidding documentation, negotiating with all potential operators and finally suggest a turnkey solution for the customer to decide on.

Amapola will then take total financial and operational responsibility for the contracted air cargo network. A long term co-operation open book philosophy

During the years Amapola has subcontracted over 20 regional air cargo operators and aircraft types with capacity from 1 to 21 tons.
